This APWG Summer's End meeting and most all related research discussions
and presentations for it will be held at the US Secret Service headquarters
at 950 H Street NW in downtown Washington D.C. between 9th Street NW
and 10th Street NW. Count on two days of presentations, discussions
and break-out sessions for the sub-committees running from roughly
8:30 to 4:30 PM on each of those days. Register for this meeting after
reading this logistics memorandum by sending an email to septmeeting@antiphishing.kavi.com.
Please note that these meetings are only open to members of the
APWG holding memberships at or above the the Individual membership tier.

for Sponsors/Presentations About the APWG
The US Secret Service headquarters is a secure federal building
and the central administrative site for one of the most important
federal agency’s tasked with pursuing financial crime
in the United States. As such, the Secret Service requires without
exception that each visitor to
its headquarters submit their Name, Date
of Birth and Social Security number in
advance of his or her visit to the H Street facility.
The APWG is working with the Secret Service to facilitate the most
secure method to collect, transmit and destroy those data once they
are used. For now please sign up though the member's site:

not send date of birth and social security numbers until the APWG
completes organizing a secure system for transfer of those data and
publishes announcements on the members' site requesting them.

The Secret Service headquarters is close to the MCI Center
on F Street right in downtown Washington, DC and within walking
distance of a number of hotels, restaurants, pubs, shopping
venues and museums, including the International Spy Museum
on F Street. As well, it is about two blocks away from the
Metro Center subway stop at 12th and G Streets NW.

for Research Presentations and Sponsorships |
For this meeting, the APWG is still developing, reviewing
and receiving, proposals for research presentations from the
membership and from visiting scholars. Financial institutions,
technology, vendors, ISPs, law enforcement representatives
and inter-disciplinary study groups working within the APWG
research committees are all invited to send their proposals
to Director of Research Peter Cassidy at pcassidy@triarche.com.
Inquiries from vendors interested in presenting educational briefings to the
plenary to be held during the Washington, DC meeting at breakfast and luncheon
sessions should send their ideas and inquiries to David Jevans at dave.jevans@tumbleweed.com
after reviewing the September meeting Sponsorship Memorandum available upon request
to APWG Chairman David Jevans or APWG Secretary General Peter Cassidy at pcassidy@triarche.com.are
